Candle Care
Before Lighting Your Candle:
Trim the wick:
Always trim the wick to about 5cm/quarter of an inch before use. This helps prevent excessive sooting and ensures a smaller flame.
Check for debris:
Inspect the candle for any debris, such as wick trimmings or matches that may have fallen into the wax. Remove these before lighting.
Lighting your candle:
Choose the right spot: Place you candle on a heat resistant surface, away from draughts and flammable materials.
Let it burn:
Allow the candle to burn long enough for the top layer of wax to melt completely to avoid tunnelling. Around 1 hour for a small votive candle and 3 to 4 hours for our standard candle.
While your candle is burning: Never leave a candle unattended. Keep it away from children and pets.
Limit Burning time:
Avoid burning your votive candle for more than 2 hours and more than four hours for our standard candle. This is to prevent the candle jar from overheating.
Safety precautions:
Never leave a candle unattended.
Keep away from draughts. Position your candle away from windows to prevent uneven burning and excessive flickering.
Avoid burning to the bottom:
Stop burning your candle when there is about 1/2 inch/1cm of wax remaining to avoid overheating the container.

Wax Melt Care
How to use wax melts:
Use a wax melt warmer that is specifically designed for melting wax melts. Do not add water. Ensure the wax melt warmer is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Remove the wax melt snap bar from the packaging, break off a piece of the wax melt and place it in the dish of your warmer.
Use with an unscented tealight following burner guidelines. Never leave a lit burner unattended.
You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded.
Store your unused wax melts in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Safety Precautions:
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not ingest the wax. If swallowed, please seek immediate medical attention.
Do not touch the melted wax when it is in liquid form. Wait until the wax has cooled and solidified before changing to a new scent.
Do not leave your wax melter unattended.
Reed Diffuser Care
Ideal Placement:
Select a location that is away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Inserting the Reeds: Remove the travel plug seal from the bottle, replace the silver diffuser cap and inset the reeds into the fragrance oil.
Flipping the Reeds:
Flip the reeds after a couple of weeks if the fragrance load decreases. Be mindful to minimise any excess oil drips.
Safety Precautions:
Keep out of reach of pets and children.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Do not ingest the oil. If swallowed, please seek immediate medical attention.
Place on a stable surface to prevent spills. Do not allow the reed diffuser oil to come into contact with polished, painted, synthetic surfaces, fabrics or electrical equipment.
Do not light the reeds.
